Cordia to Showcase Wireless RGP Fire Alarm System at FIREX 2016

Cordia are exhibiting at FIREX International in less than two weeks’ time.

Visitors to ExCeL London between 21-23 June can check out an extensive range of wireless fire-safety solutions, including an exit door alarm system, alarm for fire equipment and their Vision software for monitoring equipment.

The wireless alarm unit manufacturer will be particularly keen to showcase its new RGP fire alarm system.

Cordia RGPThe product: RGP is a wireless, interconnected and fully plug-and-play product range that Cordia says offers market-leading early warning of fire. The RGP solution can connect more than 100 alarms – including compatible wireless flash and smoke detectors – to a single network.

Sectors/verticals: Designed to meet the fire safety needs of construction sites.

Installation: According to the company’s press release, “it’s a very simple and wireless installation with no setting required. Fix it and that’s it. Every product can readily be moved from site to site and used time and again.”

cordia rpg fire alarm unitThe fire alarm unit combines three functions in one box: manual alarm activation, sounder and beacon. Features: 100m radio range, one-year standby mode autonomy, one-hour alarm sounding, conduct alarm tests after installation without draining batteries.

cordia rpg smoke detectorThe smoke detector triggers an alert to every wireless alarm unit in the network when fire is detected. Features: 100m radio range, one-year standby mode autonomy, one-hour alarm.

flashtagWhen the alert is triggered, flashtag indicates the nearest available extinguisher to fight the fire. Features: 100m radio range, one-year standby mode autonomy, one-hour alarm.

Cordia Vision softwareVision software allows easy identification of an activated call point within the wireless alarm network.
