Comparing models: J408 panels available in three versions with two, four or eight zones suitable, supporting up to 256 detectors for smaller installations. J424 panel features metal enclosure and eight-zone capability, expandable to 16/24 zones via expansion boards, supporting up to 512 detectors.
Both J408 eight-zone and J424 panel versions can be connected with up to four repeaters, with optional LCD display mounted on J424 panels or repeaters. All panels can be fitted with extinguishing module, with J424 accommodating two modules. Both J408 and J424 panels are security protected by lockable frontplate, accessible by authorised personnel only.
Software and compatibility: Available with optional Windows™ software to allow full systems management of events memory and to file all programmable functions. Software also contains configuration wizard to provide open compatibility with all conventional detectors and callpoints in the market, making retrofit projects easier.
