Get Yourself an Apprentice and a £1,500 Grant

It’s a shame that the word ‘apprentice’ has been so sullied by Sir Alan Sugar’s Groundhog-Day parody of entrepreneurial endeavours.

Because hiring apprentices are often a highly cost-effective way of augmenting employers’ skill base, particularly when done through the 100 in 100 Apprenticeships initiative launched by CSL Dualcom and Skills for Security.

Now in its fourth year the initiative is still accepting applications for 2015. And successful applicants will now get a new employer’s AGE grant of £1,500 paid direct into their business via a training organisation.

Having also backed the Engineers of Tomorrow Competition at IFSEC International 2014, CSL Dualcom and Skills for Security are at the forefront when it comes to attracting and nurturing the brightest technical talents to the security industry.

Find out the three simple steps to success through the 100 in 100 Apprenticeships initiative.

And visit the CSL DualCom YouTube Channel to find out how 100 in 100 Apprentices can benefit your business.

100 in 100 again
