Honeywell Security Group (HSG) and Honeywell Fire Safety (HFS) have merged to form a new business unit, Honeywell Security and Fire (HSF).
Operating within Honeywell Automation & Control Solutions (ACS) the unit reflects Honeywell’s desire to promote its end-to-end connected solutions for homes and buildings.
David Paja becomes president of HSF, reporting to Alex Ismail, president and CEO of ACS. Paja, who joined Honeywell in 2003, takes up the reins having been president of Honeywell Security Group and, before that, vice president and general manager for Honeywell Transportation Systems in China and India.
This is an exciting opportunity for Honeywell and our customers. The creation of this new business unit underscores our continued commitment to strengthen the depth of our technology and product offerings. These businesses are a natural fit because of their shared long legacy of life-saving innovation that has made them leaders in the industry.
