QNAP Systems has launched ‘center, an app that can centrally manage multiple QNAP Network-attached storage (NAS) units.
The app allows IT administrators to check QNAP NAS information and status for easy troubleshooting. It helps IT administrators in taking important decisions on real-time basis.
“Q’center can effectively integrate business applications for QNAP NAS. More useful functions will be constantly added to Q’center to provide a total solution for enterprise storage environments,” said Jimmy Yang, product manager, QNAP.
The dashboard gives real-time information of QNAP NAS including disk volumes, real-time CPU usage, and server log information. Specific dashboards can also be created by IT administrators based on different scenarios to meet the needs of enterprise IT management.
Current and previous NAS statistics reports can also be viewed by the administrators. They can also check the peak times of NAS network usage for optimising network allocation.
