RSI Videofied launches Outdoor MotionViewer PIR Detectors With Cameras – OMV210 for the Commercial Market and OMVC200 for Residential

Product in a nutshell: Two outdoor PIR cameras which offer intrusion detection, alerting the control room to an incident and wirelessly communicating a video clip of the episode to the operator.

Sectors/Verticals: The OMV210 is designed for the commercial market such as construction sites, scaffolding, utilities, copper theft, transport and remote infrastructure, outdoor storage areas, church roofs, and vacant premises. The OMVC200 on the other hand is targeted at the residential market.

Features:

• Intrusion detection: Upon detection of an intrusion the Motionviewers outdoor PIR cameras record a 10 second video automatically which is then shared with central station using a 2G/3G enabled control panel (IP also available) apart from raising an alarm.
• Intrusion verification: The fact that an intrusion has taken place is verified by an operator at the central station. Only once the intrusion attempt is verified, the operator shall order for an urgent response. The entire process has been put in place to minimise call out costs arising out of false alarms.
• Completely wireless: The OMV210 is a completely wire free solution for outdoor protection, with both the detectors and control panel being battery powered with a battery life of up to 4 years.
• Residential Apps: The OMVC200 PIR camera comes with a vertical curtain lens as standard. It can also be used in conjunction with our residential Apps for remote look in and alarm monitoring.

• Tilt tamper and EN50131 grade 2 status
