“It means we’re trusted by our installers”: The virtues of an independent alarm receiving centre [video]

In this video Simon MacKenzie, communications director at independent alarm receiving centre First County Monitoring, extols the virtues of not being tied to any one intruder alarm provider.

Speaking at IFSEC 2016 he also shares his observations on Europe’s largest trade show and the debut of the ARC Village, which brought together industry-leading alarm receiving centres (ARCs) into one area at the ExCeL exhibition centre in London.

Founded in North Yorkshire in 1994, First County Monitoring is an NSI-approved specialist in ARC remote monitoring, intruder alarm monitoring, CCTV monitoring services, fire alarm monitoring, elderly person monitoring and lone worker services.
