ACCESS CONTROL

Abloy launches CLIQ Go app for remote access control management

A new app designed to allow small to medium-sized organisations to remotely manage their access control has been launched by Abloy UK.

Managing the security needs of businesses today comes with many challenges, explains Abloy, with priorities changing and evolving, such as staff turnover, lost keys and changing access rights.

The CLIQ Go app enables managers to control security from their mobile devices, with features such as scheduling access to specific rooms, giving contractors time-limited access and revoking access in the case of lost keys.

Access can be expanded without disruption with what is a flexible, highly encrypted permission-controlled security system, says the company.

“Lost keys are a serious security risk, but with CLIQ Go it’s so easy to manage access control,” said Pip Courcoux, Sales and Product Manager for CLIQ Systems. “This revolutionary locking system keeps your business on the move and can be adapted to your organisation’s evolving security requirements.”

Compatible CLIQ Go products include high security systems for all door types. These feature a battery in the key for a low maintenance solution, with no cabling and a lifetime of 200,000 cycles.

CLIQ programming devices are also available for keys using desktop or mobile versions, and a locksmith can manage the system as an optional service.
