Motorola Solutions is set to acquire cloud-based mobile access control provider, Openpath Security Inc, by the end of July 2021.
Within the access control industry Openpath’s solutions are said to “make businesses more secure with multi-factor authentication, enabling a contactless entry experience [which can] be easily scaled and managed due to its cloud-based architecture”.
