When you join our event, you can expect to see that health and safety is a priority and that a range of measures are in place to ensure everyone involved is able to enjoy a safe, hygienic, productive and high-quality organised event experience. All Informa events will be run according to official government and local authority guidance in the first instance, as well as any venue or location-specific regulations. In addition, all Informa events will follow the ten Informa AllSecure priority commitments. Wherever applicable and possible, our events will also apply the full range of standards and guidelines described in the Informa AllSecure guidebook.
Your badge will be emailed to the email address provided when registering. Please print this badge and bring it with you when you arrive. If you have not received this please come and see us at the registration help desk.
Yes, you can, although we strongly advise you to pre-register in advance to make sure your attendance is as seamless and safe as possible. If you’re not on our systems and don’t have a badge, you may have to queue and your entry to the show will be delayed.

IFSEC International is a trade event, and the nature of the exhibits and our attendees reflect this. As such attendance by anyone under the age of 16 is strictly prohibited at all times, including during build-up, the open days and breakdown of the exhibition. No alternative facilities will be provided.

Cafes serving light snacks and refreshments can be found within the show. There will be bars, restaurants and seating outside each hall for more substantial meals.
Full banking facilities are available at ExCeL London.
Cloakrooms are situated adjacent to the show entrances and are open daily until 20 minutes after the close of the show. You will be subject to a charge of £1 per item.
There is parking underneath the ExCeL, which is free for visitors up to 2,500 spaces. Pre-booking parking will be open soon so check back here shortly.

There are a number of disabled parking bays that are spread across the car park, that you can see in the car park map.
All levels of ExCeL London are accessible to wheelchair users, via ramps or lifts. ExCeL London is wheelchair friendly, and those booths on raised platforms have wheelchair access ramps.
We keep a number of reserved seats for disabled attendees in the conference rooms. Accessibility features will be highlighted on all floorplans and maps. Opportunity for attendees to reach out and request support while onsite.
There are some by the west entrance taxi rank and by the Aloft Hotel at the east of the venue underneath the stairway connecting Level 0 to Level 1. There are 60 cycle racks in total. There is no charge to use the cycle racks.

The theatres have a diverse panel of speakers. We are hosting Women in Health & Safety and Women in Fire Safety which includes diverse panels and in particular women to talk about their role in the industry.

These events are powered by renewable electricity, making its energy usage carbon neutral. We proudly support charities like RoSPA at stand SH2210 and the British Heart Foundation at stand SH2432. We help foster the next generation of security & fire professionals by supporting Engineers of Tomorrow at stand IF2450. Minimising the level of single-use plastic during the event through eliminating plastic straws and food packaging.
