Hikvision updates HCSA training programme

Hikvision UK & Ireland has announced an update to its Hikvision Certified Security Associate (HCSA) training programme.

The new courses contain additional content, including Power Over Coax, advances in IP technology as well as hands-on workshops addressing system set-up and troubleshooting.

Hikvision’s courses are aimed at security installers and systems integrators to provide necessary training on installing and commissioning the company’s video surveillance products and equipment.

Delegates on the free-to-attend course, which take place in west London, can benefit from educational workshops designed to ensure successful system installations and reduce the amount of technical support required when on site, by running through the most common of technical queries that installers tend to have.

James Stevens, Hikvision UK & Ireland training manager, said: “The popular and well known HCSA courses have been refreshed to include the latest Hikvision products and most advanced technologies to ensure security installers and systems integrators across the UK and Ireland design, install and commission every Hikvision installation to the highest possible standard.

“The courses also provide added peace of mind to end users as they know they have a system which has been installed by one of our certified security associates.”
