‘Access smarter thinking’ the theme as ASSA ABLOY previews access control solutions at IFSEC 2018

Global leader in door opening solutions ASSA ABLOY will showcase the latest integrated security and access control technology from its leading brands at IFSEC 2018.

Running with the theme of ‘access smarter thinking’, ASSA ABLOY Access Control, Abloy and Traka will showcase products spanning access control, identification technology, entrance automation and integrated security solutions.

ASSA ABLOY Access Control will exhibit the new mobile solution Openow as part of the SMARTair series.

This new system enables users to unlock doors using their smartphones, via an encrypted Bluetooth connection.

The brand will also promote the flexibility of the new Aperio H100, which packs the power of wireless access control into a slim door handle.

As well as presenting new products, Abloy will showcase the complete CLIQ portfolio, which helps keep businesses secure with remote access management.

Key management and asset solution brand Traka will perform live demonstrations of Traka Web, an innovative software for centrally managing Traka key and locker systems.

The brand will also be showing how Traka can be integrated to different access control systems, such as CLIQ, ARX and Genetec.

SMARTair®, a modular and fully scalable access control system, helps organisations track who enters, where and when in real time.

OEM partners ACS and TDSi will demonstrate how Aperio can integrate with a wide range of new and existing access control systems.

Integrated locking and key management solutions will include PROTEC2 CLIQ, CLIQ Go and eCLIQ. The brand will also be showcasing Abloy OS, a map-based user interface and the ABLOY PULSE digital locking and access management system.

The new V-Touch key management system, meanwhile, can accommodate up to five sets of keys. A compact unit, it’s well suited to multiple locations where space is at a premium.

“As security threats become more diverse and complex, our solutions are helping to make sure organisations can overcome these challenges,” explained Kevin Hoare, Interim EMEA VIP DAS at ASSA ABLOY.

“Our range of intelligent, robust and future-proof technologies are delivering greater security, safety and convenience to end users in a diverse range of environments.

“We look forward to welcoming visitors to IFSEC 2018 to discover how our latest solutions can help organisations ‘access smarter thinking’, both now and in the future.”

ASSA ABLOY is exhibiting at IFSEC International 2018, which takes place between 19-21 June at ExCeL LondonRegister for your free pass.
