HONEYWELL NEWS

MAXPRO Cloud integrated security platform now available in Europe

Honeywell’s connected building platform, MAXPRO Cloud, will now be available in Europe.

Hosted on Microsoft Azure MAXPRO Cloud integrates access, intrusion and video surveillance data into a single user interface. With support for single and multiple locations, the platform provides a new tool for securing facilities while simplifying associated operations.

The platform allows small-to-medium business owners to efficiently operate and access data from their access, intrusion and video systems.

A business with multiple sites, for example, can use MAXPRO Cloud to make decisions on access control remotely from a smartphone or other device from anywhere.

Because the system is cloud-hosted there is no additional server or software to buy and manage. Installers can set up recurring monthly revenue from cloud hosted systems, while providing clients with an integrated security platform with lower installation and service costs.

“With remote access management, SMBs no longer have to face costly downtime waiting for the correct person with the key to open facilities,” said Alessandro Araldi, vice president of global product management, Honeywell Home and Building Technologies.

“Enabling customers to remotely monitor their environments through the cloud with Microsoft Azure, businesses can protect their critical assets through a cost-effective solution.”

MAXPRO Cloud’s application programming interface (API) will be available on Honeywell’s developer portal that allows the developer community to create custom apps that integrated with Honeywell platforms.

Honeywell is exhibiting at IFSEC International, 19-21 June 2018, ExCeL London. You can find them on stand B400. Register now.
