The Axis Companion App Explained… in 45 seconds

Designed for small businesses needing to monitor their premises, people and assets, the AXIS Companion video management software is pitched by Axis as quick and easy to set up and intuitive to operate.

AXIS Companion video management software permits viewing of live or recorded video within premises or from a remote location.

Dedicated AXIS Companion IP-cameras can connect to the AXIS Companion Recorder, an 8-channel network video recorder with built in PoE switch allowing 1-2 months of recording.

Last year Axis launched a Camera Companion upgrade and microSDXC Card 64GB. Produced in partnership with SanDisk the microSDXC Card 64GB is an edge storage memory card optimised for surveillance applications. The AXIS Camera Companion 3 is a major upgrade of the its award-winning surveillance solution for small systems.
