Roberts was formerly with VSG as national sales manager, targeting new business opportunities, and managed a varied portfolio of large accounts.
Her new role includes the generation and development of company core service sales (manned guarding, retail and events) and the generation and development of company core soft service sales (mobile patrols and key holding) against agreed targets, and to actively manage the sales process, from lead generation to closure.
