A sprinkler system would have “undoubtedly” saved lives at the Grenfell Tower blaze, …. “But they are not a total solution. They are part of an overall solution, of which passive fire protection is equally as important. Installation and maintenance of fire doorsets and correct compartmentation are critical to a complete fire safety strategy.
