Whitepaper: Enhancing security, resilience and efficiency across a range of industries

New-Look DualCom Gradeshift Range with LAN/IP, PSTN and Enhanced Roaming

CSL has launched the latest incarnation of its DualCom Gradeshift range.

Now in its sixth generation the range has a more slimline design and a range of new features, with LAN/IP and PSTN now included as standard. The range accommodates wireless networks 3G, 4G and LTE radio, while CSL has also enhanced the roaming algorithm.

A serial connection now makes for a faster UDL and a new quick-function button is useful for testing or learning purposes. Encryption algorithms in the advanced signalling unit have also been refined to keep pace with evolving standards and cipher technology platforms.

“We’ve taken the best bits of the existing GradeShift range (CS2300) and added features to offer increased security to new and existing alarm systems,” said CSL Group MD Simon Banks.

“With many high profile fires and security breaches it’s key that installers use the correct grade of device to match the risk of the protected premises.”

CSL is approved to a ‘police-preferred’ specification by Secured by Design (SBD) and uses independent verification to ensure products in the range meet the requirements of EN50136. The range of  products also covers all insurance grades to reduce risk to, and encourage best practice among, professional security installers.
