NSI Gold for Cerberus ARC

The West Yorkshire-based Cerberus Security and Monitoring’s Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) is housed in a former RAF nuclear bunker, and is now home to the company’s communications centre for CCTV and alarm monitoring.

“We’re delighted to have achieved this prestigious award following the meticulous preparation required for the National Security Inspectorate’s (NSI) rigorous inspection,” said the company’s managing director, Steve Hardcastle.

“It provides our customers with the necessary assurances that Cerberus is approved by the UK’s leading inspectorate for the fire and security industries, while also giving us the opportunity to expand our service offer even further.”

Hardcastle added: “Its been a tough few years but we have seen steady growth year-on-year, which is good news for any company in this challenging economic climate.”

NSI chief executive Jeff Little OBE stated: “The NSI Gold standard represents a commitment to quality and customer service above and beyond the accepted norms. By achieving this recognition, Cerberus has made a very powerful public statement of its intent to deliver the highest possible levels of security and support to its clients.”

Little concluded: “It is a long and arduous road towards this award and I’m delighted that Cerberus has now achieved a position which places the company at the top of the premier league of security service providers.”
