Wavestore’s VMS Now Integrated With Immix Command Center

Wavestore’s VMS integrates with Immix Command Center Wavestore has announced the successful integration of its video management software (VMS) with the Immix Command Center from SureView Systems.

The decision to integrate was taken to protect critical assets owned by enterprise businesses and central stations.

“In simple terms, we have achieved a high level of integration between the Wavestore and Immix platform software platforms to enable operators to effortlessly be in control of the management of alarms and associated video,” said Craig Evans, managing director of SureView Systems.

“This is a great example of two award-winning British manufacturers combining their technical expertise to deliver a seamless integration solution for the benefit of our mutual customers.”

If the Immix Command Center reports and alarm it automatically links the Wavestore VMS to the live video stream from any associated cameras, which helps the operators verify the occurrence of an event and decide an appropriate counter-strategy.

The integrated system also displays pre- and post-alarm images from cameras adjacent to each other so the operators can quickly arrive at a solution in an emergency scenario. Alarm alerts can also be emailed with a snapshot or video clip from the incident to the relevant security manager.

The newly launched version 5.50 of Wavestore’s VMS is fully compatible with the Immix Command Center. Wavestore’s VMS brings together audio, data, video and images from the latest ultra-high definition and 360° fish eye cameras. The Wavestore platform also allows integration with numerous other third-party technologies.

“One of the attractions of working closely with Wavestore is that it is able to offer an ‘ Any video, any format’ solution,” continued Evans. “This provides us with a major advantage in being able to offer alarm handling and video monitoring control rooms the ability to display images from any combination of camera types, including high megapixel, UHD 4K, HD, 360° fisheye, HD-SDI, HD-CVI, thermal and analogue.”
