Paxton has won a customer service award at the Brighton & Hove Business Awards (BAHBAS).
The locally-based developer of access control and smart building solutions says it receives 99% positive feedback from customers, with its UK and US teams recently achieving 100% positive feedback in a single month.
From pre-sales through to installation and after-sales care, judges were reportedly impressed by support provided throughout the customer journey.
The technical support team handles enquiries from customers in the UK, France, Germany, South Africa, USA and the UAE.
“Providing a world-class level of service to our customers around the world is a priority for us and I’m so pleased these efforts have been recognised by the Brighton and Hove business community,” said Paxton support manager Andy Edwards.
“Congratulations to everyone at Paxton whose hard work has led to this award. Our customer teams have a genuine interest in technology, which means they are truly dedicated to offering world-class support.
“I’d also thank our customers – their invaluable feedback allows us to really shape the service we provide, and their loyalty has made the business what it is today. Paxton has seen rapid growth in recent years but have always maintained the same values – nurturing employees and providing a first-rate service to customers.”
It’s the latest in a long line of awards Paxton has won in recent years. The access control specialist has been named among The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for for two years running, featured in the FT1000 and the London Stock Exchange’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain – among other accolades.
Paxton solutions are installed in 25,000 buildings a year globally, with clients including Manchester United, Graze, Michelin, Cherbourg Airport, Boucheries Nivernaises, Sky Deutschland and Foyles.
Paxton has also just revamped its global website, based on installer feedback. Last year the company opened a state-of-the art facility that houses a training suite and its R&D departments.
