CSL integration

CSL welcomes Eaton into the CSL Connected stable

CSL has announced another CSL Connected partner: Eaton, the specialist in diversified power management solutions.

Joining Pyronix and RISCO – with more in the pipeline – Eaton’s partnership means that its i-on panels – including Style, i-on Compact, i-on 30R and i-on 40H – will now be compatible with CSL Connected.

Installers who use CSL Connected will enjoy panel-specific signalling that combines CSL’s critical connectivity with their chosen alarm panel.

The end user also has the option of using a CSL Connected app.

CSL Connected provides professionally monitored signalling with faster UDL sessions, lower capital outlay, GSM, LAN, WiFi and ARC Connection variants among other benefits.

“Installers already have access to signalling products that provide end-user apps, but more end-users are demanding the addition of reliable ARC connectivity,” said CSL sales director Rob Evans.

“Now they can have both with CSL Connected. With end-user convenience and a guaranteed response to an alarm, CSL Connected also discourages self-monitored systems that bypass ARCs.

“Since its launch, CSL Connected has been used in over 5,000 installations and we expect this to continue to grow. Installers are also able to charge a recurring monitoring fee, making their business much more valuable and stable. We are delighted to welcome Eaton onboard as a CSL Connected Partner – with more manufacturers to follow soon.”
