Bull products celebrates Cygnus milestone

Bull Products has revealed that more than 60,000 of its Cygnus Wireless Alarm Systems have been installed in construction sites around the world.

The manufacturer of fire protection equipment for construction site said the numbers show the system is the most successful product in its niche.

The system has been installed at several prestige locations, including Big Ben, Bond Street Station and Battersea Power Station in the UK, the Shell Oil HQ and Leiden University in The Netherlands, the Niels Bohr Building in Copenhagen and Leichhardt Green in Sydney.

The Cygnus Wireless Alarm System was recently shortlisted as a Top 50 finalist in Tomorrow’s Health & Safety Awards 2019.

Bull Products says the Cygnus Wireless Alarm System, which is designed to protect construction workers, members of the public and expensive construction equipment, is fully compliant, offers unrivalled connectivity and impressive signal range, can be configured to any requirement, and offers a low cost of ownership.

The system can be installed anywhere in a building under construction, in site cabins or mobile fire points and removed at the end of the construction project. The product can be re-used multiple times on future projects.

“2018 was another hugely successful year for our Cygnus Wireless Alarm System and we’re delighted to have now installed over 60,000 units worldwide,”  said Matthew Trigwell, sales director at Bull Products. “Regardless of the complexity, budget or size of a project, our system has been developed to provide flexible solutions to construction sites and our portfolio of project wins is testament to its versatility.

“We’re an ambitious business and we look forward to strengthening our place in the market even further and opening up new opportunities overseas.”

Bull products is showcasing its life-safety equipment for construction sites at FIREX International 2018, Europe’s largest annual fire safety show. FIREX International 2018 takes place at ExCeL London between 18-20 June. Book your free ticket now.
