Security & Fire Excellence Awards 2020: Winners revealed

The 2020 Security & Fire Excellence Awards looked a little different this year, taking place virtually for the first time due to the ongoing pandemic.

The awards continue to be supported by IFSEC International and FIREX International as well as headline sponsors First Response Group and Aico. Other sponsors included Circle Facilities Management (Circle FM), VPS, HID Global, Amulet, UK Security Commonwealth, Ajax, ICTS UK & Ireland, CornerStone and Security & Safety Things.

The event continued its association with charity efforts, with the a virtual silent auction taking place throughout the event.

The Awards usually also celebrate the Engineers of Tomorrow competition and whilst this year’s competition couldn’t take place, a video was featured highlighting the future talent of the industry. Those interested in taking part in the 2021 competition (with the chance of competing at WorldSkills UK in November) can register their interest now.
