CSL has announced the acquisition of IQIP, a Netherlands-based provider of IP-based security and telecommunication services.IQIP will give CSL a stronger platform for providing regional support and the acquisition reflects CSL’s growth ambitions across Europe.
It’s the second acquisition made by CSL, which specialises in providing secure connectivity for M2M/IoT devices, this year. Emizon was absorbed into the CSL Group in April.
