CSL Insurers’ Forum 2018 to explore future of ARCs, Grenfell impact and police-business collaboration

The line-up for the CSL Insurers’ Forum 2018 has been confirmed, featuring presentations from senior figures from the FIA, NSI, SMS, National Business Crime Solution and Banham Group.

At the time of writing there are still free places left for the event, which takes place Wednesday 14 November at UBM’s offices in Blackfriars, London

Speakers and presentations will include:

  • Ian Moore, CEO of the FIA on changes in attitudes to fire from the industry and government since Grenfell
  • Richard Jenkins, chief executive of NSI, on his organisation’s latest work and the importance of raising standards
  • Richard Solly, head of monitoring services at SMS, on the future of alarm receiving centres (ARCs) and new commercial opportunities in the sector
  • Chris Roberts, PR and police liaison officer at Banham Group, won the latest challenges facing installers and the insurers‘ role
  • Dan Hardy, managing director of NBCS (National Business Crime Solution), on the not-for-profit initiative’s efforts to foster intelligence-sharing between police, crime reduction agencies and the business community
