Dycon launches pet tolerant detectors
The D4809 is designed to eliminate the chance of false alarms caused by pets as it ignores movement from pets under 27 kg.
The D4809 Pet Tolerant radio indoor motion detector uses Passive Infrared technology to detect movement of body heat to activate the alarm in the event of an intrusion.
Dycon says the detectors are “designed to fit perfectly with any decor”, and “are simple to install and do not need field adjustments, and can be surface or corner mounted. Being a radio PIR also means that there is no need to run unsightly cables to install the D4809”.
