State of Physical Access Trend Report 2024

Ukraine’s Olympic Stadium to be secured with Nedap

The stadium, originally built in 1923, is to undergo an extensive reconstruction. It is expected to be ready in autumn 2011 with a capacity of 77,000 seats.

More than 400 doors will be secured with Convexs Mifare readers from Nedap, providing access for employees and contractors.

Public access to the stadium will also be handled in AEOS through an integration with a ticketing system.

AEOS’s functionality Security Levels, will be used to ensure that security managers can respond quickly and appropriately to security incidents.

Nedap’s long range Transit readers will provide access to the parking lots. Inside the parking bays Nedap Sensits will be installed to manage the free parking spaces.
