Designed to further assist Vista customers to provide a “better all-round service” to their client base, effective immediately, Vista is now offering a three-year product warranty across the range of VIPS products.
It has also increased the advance replacement warranty on VIPS products to three months, providing a replacement unit should any part of the unit fail in that period.
Supplying a replacement product within 24 hours and alleviating any protracted swap-out downtime will facilitate a fast and efficient remedy to on-site issues, Vista said.
“The new product warranty and three-months advance replacement scheme illustrates Vista’s continuing commitment to improving the overall quality of CCTV systems performance, both for our installer customers and their end-user clients,” Mark Pritchard, Vista’s divisional director, said.
“We’re constantly looking at ways in which to add value to the product offering, and these new warranties not only show our confidence in the quality of our product but also give installers peace of mind.”
