Mul-T-Lock UK appoints new managing director
Ross has been with Mul-T-Lock for 17 years, during which he has held a number of senior roles in both sales and product management
He will now assume responsibility for the next stage of Mul-T-Lock’s development, including furthering the end user marketing activity and sales initiatives.
Ross said: “I am excited to have been invited to undertake such a challenge, to lead Mul-T-Lock UK forward and steer the development of our electronic security product portfolio and solution sales through our locksmith and security installers partners.
“I am conscious of the vitally important role Mul-T-Lock plays for locksmiths, and remain committed to supporting the future prosperity of the industry as a whole.
“To achieve this, we will continue to focus on delivering growth through strong customer relationships and the creation of innovative products and services.”
Ross has been appointed following the vacancy created as a result of Dion McAllister’s appointment to Mul-T-Lock vice president export West Europe.
McAllister said: “I am delighted that Steve has been appointed as my successor. I have worked with him for many years and admire the work he has already done in driving product development and Mul-T-Lock’s whole electronic security strategy.
“I am confident that I will be leaving the UK division in good hands to lead an excellent team and bring a new dimension to Mul-T-Lock that will help drive forward our growth.”
Ross and McAllister will take up their new posts on 1 April 2011. Ross will be based at Portobello, Willenhall.
