CSL, a market leader in secure connectivity for M2M/IoT devices, says the capture will enhance their IP capabilities and help them realise ambitious international growth plans.
Emizon Networks has offices in the UK, Netherlands, US and Australia as well as licensed partnerships in Europe, Middle East and Africa. They provide monitoring services for intruder, fire and CCTV systems.
The deal represents CSL’s first acquisition since its management team reinvested with Norland Capital, ICONIQ Capital & RIT Capital Partners.
“This is a great opportunity for Emizon to benefit from CSL’s unique customer-led ethos and attention to service,” says Bob Tuck, managing director of Emizon. “We are better together and this deal expands Emizon’s reach in the market, providing installers and their customers with more choice.”
