Four people – including a child – were taken to hospital after a fire at a petrol station on Great West Road in Isleworth, London.
A petrol pump and two cars were destroyed by the blaze on Thursday 12 July. Two women, one man and a child were taken to hospital suffering from shock and minor injuries.
London firefighters were called to the scene at around 10.45pm and the fire was brought under control at just after 11.30pm. Firefighters prevented the blaze from spreading to the rest of the petrol station. Two fire engines from Heston and two from Ealing fire station attended. Around 20 firefighters were at the scene. The police were also at present.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, however Police indicated to info4fire that a vehicle collision might have been involved.
