Simon Bailey, senior fire protection consultant with extensive experience in assessment, testing and site surveys
Niall Rowan, technical officer, Association for Specialist Fire Protection, with over 30 years’ experience
Steve Skarratt, head of the Fire Service College’s protection and prevention training
Nick Coombe, enforcement lead officer, Chief Fire Officers Association, who draws on 32 years’ service at the London Fire Brigade
Carl May-Smith, a barrister with in-depth legal experience on the RRFSO having advised fire authorities and other public bodies on the order
