Subject to the matter of mobile applications used to access CCTV systems, does this not have a huge impact on privacy issues covered under the Data Protection Act, when the system is a “public” CCTV system as defined by the Public Order Act 1986, should the industry suppliers be able to morally supply such technology to companies that they may not have the right to use such applications or should this always be purely down to the business to ensure that it is not misused by amending and enforcing its own policies and procedures on such issues.
