Employee welfare at the forefront

G4S provides learning and career growth opportunities to the employees and ensures welfare of employees and their families. One unique initiative taken by the management towards employee care is “The Employee Welfare Hotline”, a helpline created by the management to address grievances and feedbacks from employees. The commitment to this initiative reflects in the fact that every pay slip issued carries the numbers on it and it is available across all 180 branches of G4S in India.

An Accident Insurance Policy providing substantial benefits to all the employees across India, in the event of accident is another initiative towards employee welfare.

G4S has also formulated a commendation scheme to recognize exemplary performance of the guards. Interested guards having suitable skills are provided opportunities of foreign postings. In case of transfers, G4S has a policy in place and structured promotions are the norm.
