Panda Antivirus Pro 2011 launched in India

Panda Security, a leading provider of cloud-based security solutions, announced the launch of a security product, Panda Antivirus Pro 2011, for the Indian market. Panda Antivirus Pro 2011 provides the users something more than what a simple antivirus does. The new Panda Antivirus Pro 2011 offers the easiest and most intuitive protection for the computer, said a release from the company.

The product assures protection against all kinds of viruses, spyware, root kits, hackers and online fraud. Uninterrupted usage of the internet is guaranteed on the use of Panda Antivirus Pro 2011 while chatting, sharing photos and videos, doing online shopping and banking, reading favorite blogs and browsing the net, the release said.

The key features that form the backbone of the Panda Antivirus Pro 2011 include antivirus and firewall protection. In addition to this the product also showcases a brand new Multimedia and Gaming Mode, an all new Home Network Manager plus a Safe Browser to surf the internet without any worries.

Yoke Mon Chin, marketing director; APAC Panda Security said in the release, “The cyber-crime black market, which was traditionally centered on distributing bank and credit card details stolen from users around the world, diversified its business model in 2010, and now sells a much broader range of hacked confidential information including bank credentials, log-ins, passwords, fake credit cards and more. But, Panda’s Antivirus Pro 2011 assures safer and faster use of internet through its Collective Intelligence Technology”.

The product is expected to be available at all retail outlets.
