RSA, The Security Division of EMC, on Tuesday announced that Indiabulls Securities Limited, a leading capital markets company with pan India presence and a client base of almost 7 lakhs, has decided to renew its partnership with RSA for RSA SecurID tokens.
Indiabulls securities, in conjunction with RSA, launched two-factor authentication for online and mobile trading platform two years ago. It revolutionized application security for conducting online financial transactions. According to the agreement, RSA will provide Indiabulls Securities with about 5 lakh RSA SecurID tokens, making Indiabulls securities as the largest user of this cutting edge technology product in India. RSA SecurID tokens are designed to generate a unique six-digit one-time password that changes every 30 seconds thus protecting the user’s credentials by adding an additional layer of authentication.
