Security systems installers invited to PSI Next Generation ‘Skills Talks’ in June

Supported by IFSEC International and Skills for Security, PSI is hosting its Next Generation event on 22 June at Luton Hoo, where security systems installers can attend a series of live presentations and training sessions on some of the latest technologies and hot topics affecting their roles.

PSI-NextGeneration-22The agenda, devised by Skills for Security, includes presentations and interactive discussions to promote and advise installation companies on apprenticeships, training and good business practice. The day will cover topics such as:

  • All-IP
  • ECHO
  • Standards
  • The Skills shortage
  • Cyber security
  • Opportunities and risks of AI and the cloud

In each session, installers will be encouraged to interact and engage with the presentations and are welcome to ask questions or request clarification on the subject matter.

There will also be an exhibition area at the event, which will provide delegates with a chance to get hands-on with the latest security technologies in the market from the likes of BSIA, NSI, Risco, Hikvision, Puretech, Inner Range, ADI, Cento, Cloudview, CSL, FIA, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Pyronix, Takex, Texecom, Videcon and Videoloft.

The day is in partnership with Skills for Security and IFSEC International, and is also supported by the NSI and SSAIB – the UK’s two installer certification bodies.

The Next Generation event will take place from 10AM on 22 June 2022 at Warren Weir at Luton Hoo.
