The Alarm Bell Company’s Andy Brown received his NSI Gold Medal from Tom Mullarkey, NSI chief executive. Brown said that the key to his company’s success had been the efficient administration of the business.
The Alarm Bell Company decided to use specialist management system CASH for Windows from Mentor Business Systems, which handles initial sales enquiries through to job invoicing, as well as SMARTPAC systems monitoring software from Custodian Monitoring Services, to achieve this efficiency.
In the 10 years Alarm Bell has been trading, it has fitted over 2000 security alarms, from Dorset to Kent, and is also involved in installing fire systems for the Ministry of Defence.
