As well as working with existing customers, Grundy’s task will be to work with installers who are yet to realise the advantages of remote monitoring, and how it can add real value to their business, he says. “There are some installers who have a very limited knowledge of what RVR can do,” he said.
“My role is to get the benefits across to them, to help them sell CCTV monitoring to their customers armed with a thorough comprehension of what it can achieve, and in doing so grow their own business .”
