Switch alarm for meeting rooms

Alarm switches

Personal attack alarms

An alarm switch designed specifically for interview rooms has been introduced by Tapeswitch. The Da-Do switch system is developed from the company’s highly successful ribbon-switch technology, which has been available across the industrial sector for a number of years.

Da-Do is a press-at-any-point switch strip that’s easily operated by a hand or finger, and can act as a signalling device to request assistance in high risk situations. It’s designed for mounting on walls, and may be configured to suit the layout of any room. The product itself consists of a Tapeswitch ribbon switch fitted behind a brightly coloured, anti-tamper covering.

The system is available with optional sensitivities. In one version the system could be operated by pressure from any part of the body, such as might happen in the event of a struggle, whereas the other avoids the nuisance of inadvertent operation.
