The DISC MCW detector combines 360 deg detection capabilities with a miniature, unobtrusive housing design.
Visonic says the DISC MCW “offers outstanding performance and reliability that meet demanding security needs and tough international regulations”.
The DISC MCW detector is designed to be easily installed on any ceiling up to 3.6m (12ft) high and provides floor coverage of up to 11m (36ft).
It is suitable for monitoring large rooms and rooms where the layout or furniture might block a wall-mounted detector’s line of sight.
Reliability and accuracy
DISC MCW is wireless so installation requires only mounting and enrollment in the PowerMax system.

As a fully supervised wireless detector, the DISC MCW sends warnings about low battery and other malfunctions to the control panel. The control panel instantly forwards the alert to a central station and/or private phone number.
