Council members meet twice a year and have the power to appoint or reject members and make bye-laws.
The Access Control Section is to be chaired by Phillip Gater of TDSi, and includes Jim Moran of Chubb Elec-tronic Security and Keith Whitelock, Group 4 Technology. Adam Wiseberg of RemGuard becomes the chairman of the CCTV Section, which also includes Gary Bingham of Baxall, Una Riley of Euro Security Systems, David Stones of Secure One, and Norbain SD’s Paul Wong.
The Export Council will be headed by Andrew Knights of Smokecloak and includes Baxall’s Amanda Hall. The chairman of the Physical Security Equipment Section is Tim Strawson of Bradbury Group, with Jim Brown of Selectamark and the Ritzenthaler Company’s Graham Midgley. The Police and Public Services Section will be chaired by Mick Lee of Constant Security Services and includes Peter Black of Group 4 Total Security.
Representing the Security Equipment Manufacturers’ Section, Julie Kenny of Pyronix is chairman, with Stephen Eggleton of Alarmcom and Andrew Knights of Smokecloak.
And the Security Systems Section includes Steve Kimber of Southern Monitoring Services as chairman, Patrick Allen of Abel Alarm Company, Ashley Carmichael of Specialised Security Systems, Mike Hawker of Britannic Security Systems, Active Security Group’s Ray Le Monde and John Russell of Chubb Electronic Security.
