GSS Group acquires fire detection and security manufacturer, NIBBLE

Global Safety Systems (GSS) Group has acquired European electronics manufacturing company, NIBBLE.

The acquisition is designed to strengthen the group’s portfolio of advanced safety system electronics and enhance its research and development capabilities.

NIBBLE is well-known in Europe and further afield for its in-house research and development arm. GSS believes that its experienced R&D team will bring additional specialist technical expertise into the group and enhance its ability to develop fire detection and security solutions.

NIBBLE manufactures a portfolio of fire and security systems, including wired and wireless addressable systems, complemented by a range of conventional products.
