British security industry looks to Middle East
The visit, organised by the British Security Industry Association, follows on from last year’s successful trip to the area and is part of ongoing effort from the British security industry to increase trade between the UK and the Middle East.
The delegate companies have a range of expertise across the security industry including: access control, alarm detection equipment, CCTV, perimeter security, border and airport security, explosive and drug detection, public building security, and fire prevention/protection equipment.
BSIA Export Services executive, Caroline Strickley, said: “This visit to Saudi Arabia is an important element of our ongoing work to nurture trade links between the two regions.
“The British companies that are visiting have a wide spread of varied expertise and experience which will meet the needs of security buyers in the Middle East. Last year’s visit was a huge success and I am sure that that this year’s mission to the area will be equally as valuable for all concerned.”
