Optex launches Redwall partner programme for installers

Approved partners will receive detailed product training, the free loan of demonstration equipment and special incentives and discounts. They will also receive exclusive forward briefings on future product developments, and practical hands-on support wherever and whenever required.

As part of the programme, certificates will be issued to qualifying partners who will be required to attend regular sales and technical product training, at the same time actively promoting Redwall through their own company web sites.

Speaking about the initiative, Nigel Hackett – sales director for the Redwall division – commented: “Redwall is the byword for quality performance in external detection, and we are looking to work with and reward those champions of Redwall technology with an even higher level of sales and technical support.”

Sales and technical training

On joining the programme, individuals will be required to attend an official Redwall sales and technical training session presented by Optex (Europe) staff. On completion of this training is the point at which certificates are issued. That certification is valid for one calendar year from the date of issue, and may be renewed upon attendance at a yearly, updated product training course.

The requirements to be a certified member are as follows:

  • a minimum of one sales training session with Optex staff within a year of the date of registration
  • a minimum of two technical product training sessions, again with Optex staff, and again within a year from registration
  • display the Redwall certification in your offices
  • the Redwall product range must be shown on the company web site
  • if the partner has (a) more than three branches/offices in Europe (b) or the total number of employees of the partner is over 50 (c) or if the partner is a manufacturer, then that partner must have a minimum of two technical staff trained via the Optex programme

Those interested in joining the partner programme should send an e-mail to: [email protected] (with the subject field: Redwall Partner Programme) for more detailed information concerning the benefits to be derived and the qualifying criteria.
