I have shared the link with most of my security staff to complete the survey and I will encourage others to do the same
Compulsary to obtain a SIA licence for doing a security job really upgraded the Security Industry. I think the level of training for the security guards should be more improved. The security guards should be well trained in order to tackle difficult situations. As the Police need more assistance from the security guards so a more trained secuirty guards can help a lot in minimizing the crimes in the country.
I think it will be unfair for every SIA licence holder to have CCTV licence because it will add financial burden to both the employer and security officers
A little bit more investment by the security officer make him/her more qualified and up to the professional status from where he/she can perform more profoundly and could handle more difficult situations very easily and the employer can get the best services. As in the end of the day security is something on which nothing could be compromised.
So a little spending can provide more positive results both for the security guard and for the employer.
And with more qualification there is a fat chance of growing good in the field. As i have seen many of my friends still sticking to the same posts and other guys with more trainings were given preference over them. Now a days there is too much competitions and more chances are given to those who are capable of contributing something good for the industry.

@ShehI agree vthat we need to invest in our profession as individuals and organisations to make more innovative and experts in our respective fields

I agree totally in this competitive world. Any company will employ the best in the industry
