As the new BSIA Membership Development Manager, Tom will be responsible for growing overall membership and providing support to the Association’s existing members.Tom’s background is within managing client accounts and developing client relationships for a variety of trade associations and not-for-profit bodies, bringing over eight years of experience of developing client relationships in finance, retail, marketing, education and legislation to the BSIA.
