Addressable and Conventional Call Points approved

[

Zeta Alarm Systems has announced the approval to BS EN 54-11:2001 by BSI Product Services of both addressable and conventional call points.

The call points, produced by GLT Exports, fulfiled all the requirements leading to the internationally recognised Kitemark certification.

The product is supplied as a Type B (indirect operation) manual call point which to operate, the snaplatch must be broken, the external cover lifted and finally pressure must be applied to the internal resettable operating face.

If a direct operation call point is required, the Type B unit can easily be converted on-site to a Type A unit, by the removal of the snaplatch and cover and replacement of the resettable operating face.
