Gerry McLaughlin, who has spent the last five years with a major distributor of electronic components in Ireland, was selected for the role because of his experience in developing repeat business.
“He has successfully built up a thriving business for this previous employer and we look forward to adding his expertise to the team,” said Peter Ball, Norbain’s general manager in Ireland.
Ball also praised McLaughlin for his ability to offer his customers local, friendly support.
McLaughlin said, “It’s not often that an opportunity to work for such a professional organisation as Norbain comes along.
“I am very excited to be joining the team.”
