Firefighters battle blaze at disused factory
Around forty firefighters were called to a fire in a disused factory on Bishop’s Road in Croydon, London, last week.
The entire single storey building was badly damaged by the blaze, which started around 4 pm on 21 January.
Approximately 20 people were evacuated from surrounding properties, while London Fire Brigade closed off surrounding roads.
The fire was under control 8 pm. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
